The patient said that the first thing Dr. David Jackson did when he met her was to give her his business card. She teared up and said that meant a lot to her because it means that he cares about her and wants to make sure she can get a hold of him if she needs something. She also said she is very impressed with his bedside manner and she feels she is in good hands.
