Event photos capture new Lutheran from inside

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Cocktails & Conversations event, held at the new Lutheran Hospital! The evening featured refreshments, hors d’oeuvres and tours of the new space.

The new hospital’s angles and surfaces, artwork and open space, natural light and more were all intentional choices to offer our medical teams and this community a fresh and comfortable space that promotes calm, healing and hope. The photos below capture that purpose.

Opportunities remain for you to experience the hospital before moving day on Saturday, Aug. 3! First, you can sign up for orientation. If you’re in Perioperative Services, Emergency Services, Hospitalist Medicine, Neurology or Critical Care, contact your medical director to register for orientation sessions designed specifically for you. If you practice outside those specialties, please click the button below to register for a general session. Please keep in mind these are daylong orientation sessions, not tours.

Second, you can register as a Day in the Life volunteer for Thursday, July 11. As a DITL volunteer, you immerse yourself in the new-hospital environment as you would if you were already working there. You test all equipment, platforms, signage, furniture, workflows and more, and report back any concerns. Physicians interested in this opportunity should contact their medical directors.

Third, you can bring your families, neighbors and friends to our Community Open House on Saturday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. No working at this event! It’s all refreshments, tours and exploring the new space.

We look forward to seeing you at the new Lutheran Hospital!
