Three Platte Valley physicians receive kudos!

Platte Valley regularly hears from patients and loved ones who share with us how skilled and compassionate their physicians were during their stay. We’re grateful for the care they provide and are proud to recognize compliments received during October and November 2023.

Compliments shared with Medical Staff Office

• Patient and wife stated Mark Chou, DO, has been great; he has taken time out to thoroughly answer “probably too many questions” and he remained calm even though wife “was freaking out.” His calmness helped ease her fears. Wife also stated that after the procedure, she was still in the Cath Lab waiting area when Dr. Chou walked by and saw her sitting there. He personally brought her up to the ICU, and she really appreciated that he took time out of his day to take her where she needed to be.

• I was in the ER at PVMC with heart arrhythmias. I was given excellent care by the ER staff. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and caring. Brian Kulick, MD, nurses Kyle and Danielle, admissions clerk Jody along with the X-ray and EKG techs took time to explain everything they were doing…This team is a tremendous asset to PVMC. I appreciate them and thank them all for the care I received in the ER.
