Luc Hibbs, MD: I want to give a resounding thank you to everyone who helped me! Dr. Hibbs was extraordinarily helpful to me and maintained an empathetic, caring, thoughtful, and truly genuine experience and was very perceptive and professional. He prescribed me a strong antibiotic for my tooth infection (that appeared in less than 12 hours!!!) He even took extra time to see if there was more he could do by draining some fluid and relieving some pain. Thank you! I am eternally grateful to all staff! They took my fears and anxieties seriously and had the decency and empathy to be patient and kind to me. I left feeling so glad I had gone to your hospital because I was so well treated! Dr. Hibbs was very concerned about my infection worsening even despite the medication, and he implored me to please not "tough it out" and to return immediately for a follow-up to be sure it was not extending into my blood or jaw bone. He recognized my worry and fear and even made me promise I would take any further issues seriously and return! I felt so comfortable here that I even remained in town to be certain I would be heading in a healing direction … You have a true gem of a human being in Dr. Hibbs!

Erik Kinzer, NP: Erik was very nice as well as the nurses, too.

David Silk, MD: Dr. Silk and staff listened to every word I said and considered it. Having been to an emergency room due to a heart arrhythmia in the past, I didn't expect the doctor and nurses to listen to everything I said when talking about my condition. They actually changed their approach after talking with me and without medication, they were able to bring my heart back into normal sinus rhythm. I can't explain how fantastic this staff truly is. Dr Silk and the ER nurses are truly incredible. A visit to the ER always puts you on edge, but to have staff that not only listen but acknowledge your medical history and your knowledge of your own body is something truly special.
