Saint Joseph welcomes new leaders

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new members of the Saint Joseph Hospital Senior Leadership Team. Jelden Arcilla, MBA, RNC, NEA-BC, joins us as the new chief nursing officer, and Troy Stoehr, MBA, as the new vice president of Finance.

Arcilla brings with him more than 30 years of clinical and operational experience across the continuum of healthcare settings, from rural/critical access hospitals to large quaternary hospitals and health systems. He most recently served as field vice president at LifePoint Health and VP-CNO at Conemaugh Health System-Duke LifePoint Healthcare in Johnstown, Penn.

Jelden Arcilla, MBA, RNC, NEA-BC

Arcilla is passionate about improving delivery by partnering with stakeholders to deliver the highest-quality care with the best experience at the greatest value to the community. He’s spent decades leading growth initiatives, introducing new services and integrating organizations to meet the comprehensive needs of the patients served. 

Stoehr joined legacy SCL Health in 2020 as the VP of Finance at Platte Valley and has served as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. Troy brings with him more than 15 years of healthcare finance leadership experience. He will continue to serve as VP of Finance at Platte Valley Medical Center in addition to joining the Saint Joseph team.  

Troy Stoehr, MBA

Stoehr prides himself on taking on new challenges and adapting to the ever-changing healthcare environment. His leadership approach is founded on strong communication skills and his desire to support the caregivers he leads.
