Your hospital has been and is a great place. The staff is always pleasant, understanding, professional and, how should I put it, they’re wonderful. My doctor, Hanyann Ng, even though it was an embarrassing situation, and being female, did nothing and said nothing to further that embarrassment. Very professional! That was greatly appreciated!

Being a trans female, I was genuinely cared for as a person and felt highly protected. Someone checked on me continuously. I have had several procedures done and have had good care, but in this case, the nurses went beyond what I have experienced in the past. They all should be given accolades as well as a reward for what seems to be a natural personality trait for them.
The whole hip replacement went well. I'm happy with the outcome but more so with the caring, knowledgeable staff you have. I would like to thank you all very much! Continue on your path; you've made mine much smoother.

To where you were three years ago, this is very good. Your speed on what is going on is good. Your nurses make all the difference in the stay.
It never felt like an issue to have visitors; they were always welcome, and no one minded my husband's camera for pictures.

Reception is very polite.
Physicians are knowledgeable and they speak to me in a way I can understand, not throwing big medical words at me or giving me a sense of the visit being rushed. The OT therapist was very helpful and she demonstrated concern for my comfort and recovery from thumb surgery.

I dealt with three people doing my stress test and they gave me by far the best care I have ever had in my 57 years of life! They were all so caring, kind, knowledgeable, pleasant, fun and friendly! I can't say enough about them. They made my experience pleasant! I felt like I was with close friends who cared about my wellbeing!

The person who performed the ultrasound on my mother went out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable and relaxed. My mom is 80 with dementia and is not comfortable with all situations. Great work! Nice to see someone take pride in their work.
