Thank-you note from a patient

I was in the emergency room for very high blood pressure. Dr. Kristen Hertzler was the ER doctor. I received excellent care from her. She ordered several tests to be sure there was not very serious issues going on to create the situation. I found her very caring, answering all my questions, assuring me I would be OK. She was very understanding and spent the time I needed to receive appropriate care. Unfortunately, I have had several visits to the ER this past year for ongoing issues. Dr. Hertzler went above and beyond to provide me with excellent care. I know there are not enough thank yous and recognition for the work they do. I am very thankful I had her that day!

I was just seen in the Emergency Department. I am a cancer patient and I’ve seen a lot of hospitals and a lot of emergency rooms. And I just wanted to tell you guys that everybody there treated me so kindly and listened to me and made me feel validated, and it made my heart feel really good. And I would totally recommend you guys. I don’t know if I’m going to get a survey, but I wanted to make sure that somebody knows how happy I am with how I was treated in the emergency room by Chad Lucci, PA, the nurses, everybody was just wonderful.
